LAKME always comes up with makeup products that are easily available and are affordable. Lakme recently launched a range of lip colours called Lakme Enrich Lip Crayons which are creamy matte and are super affordable !

 



 

Product Description


Embrace the all new formulated lip colour crayon by Lakmé and use your lips like a canvas to create a vibrant look.

Get smooth and matte finish lips with this lip colour crayon by Lakmé that is infused with mineral powders. It has a soft texture and is available in 10 gorgeous shades that suit all Indian skin tones. It also has a rich blend of olive and jojoba oil that simultaneously conditions your lips. For your convenience, the all new Lakmé Enrich Lip Crayon comes with a sharpener.

 

Application:


Step 1: Open the cap and start applying the product from the centre of your upper lip.

Step 2: Worked from the centre towards the outer edges of your lip, following the contours of your mouth.

Step 3: Glide the product across the entire bottom lip.

Step 4: This step is optional but you could use a tissue to blot out the extra product.

My Take On The Product


 
The packaging of the product is very simple and normal. It does not feel like a high end product. The packing though is colour coded which really helps to find the right colour without opening the lid if you have several of these. You get a free dual sharpener with each lip crayon and the quality of the sharpener is really good.

 



 
The Lip Crayons comes in 10 shades and all the shades are suitable for all Indian skin tones. The shades are mostly reds, pinks and corals. There is only one brown in it. It would be great if Lakme launches more mauve shades in this range.

07 Shocking Pink

 
I have two shades from the range. First is 01 Berry Red and second one is 07 Shocking Pink. Both the shades are amazing and are highly pigmented. Just one swipe gives beautiful pigment on your lips. The lip crayons are very creamy and glides on your lips smoothly. It gives you matte look and are not drying on your lips at all. Just make sure you apply a lip balm underneath.

 
Staying power of the product is quite good. It stays on your lips for good 4-5 hours. But if you eat something then it will fade away little bit as it is not transfer-proof, but it will leave tint of colour on your lips.

 
Overall these lip crayons are perfect for college going girls and for those who are looking for good Budgeted Matte Lip Crayons. It is a must buy product. These lip crayons are available on various online websites like Nykaa and these are also widely available in local beauty stores.
