In The Box:




 
Glamego box comes in an eco friendly box with GlamEgo written on it. I received the box in pretty bad condition. The box was broken but I managed to fix it a little bit to show it to you. The products inside are secured with bubble wrappers and were not damaged.

 

Information Card:



The first thing that you see when you open the box is a card which has all the information about the products they have sent with their price and the theme of the box. So the theme for March 2017 box is "Blow Away the harsh cold wind of winter".

Many people have received another card which is a voucher through which you can get FLAT 50% on products you receive in the box if you wish to repurchase. But somehow I didn't receive that card in my box.

 

SeaSoul Dead Sea Facial kit- Oily Skin

SeaSoul is a well known organic brand. This facial kit has six sachets and are labelled in order in which it is to be used. It is a one time Facial Kit. It contains Dead Sea Minerals, Moroccan Argan Oil and Jojoba Oil. I received one for Oily skin type. I actually selected Combination skin type in their Beauty Quiz and I don't know why I received one for Oily skin type.

 

Auravedic Kajal

This is my favourite product from the GlamEgo Box. The Kajal is very pigmented and it glides on easily. It is having a pointed tip so it can be used as Eyeliner as well. The kajal is 100% organic which is the best part.

 

Biobloom Lip balm Mint- LLP Free






 
Price: Rs.115 for 8gm (Full Size)

Biobloom is very well known organic brand. The lip balm by Biobloom is 100% organic. It is in mint lip balm and I didn't like the smell and the weird sensation I have on my lips after apply it. It also didn't moisturize my lips well. I think GlamEgo should have made a better choice in selecting their products especially in lip balm because we generally like nice smelling and tinted lip balms.

Overall Experience:


First of all starting with their services. It takes really long time to receive the box. Their shipping is very late maybe due to high demand of boxes. Their customer care services are also not so good. They don't respond to emails and calls easily. The box when received was in bad condition.

Keeping everything above aside. It is still a very good deal in just Rs199. You get products worth 3 times more than what you actually pay for it. The box is actaully supposed to be a personalized box which was not fulfilled according to me. The things that I selected in the beauty quiz where different than what I got. Moreover everyone seemed to get same things in their box as I got. So It is not exactly personalized.

If you are new to subscription boxes and want to try something new without spending much then you can definitely subscribe for GlamEgo box.
